Kaziranga National Park was opened for tourist from 01st October 2021 for the season 2021-22. Hon’ble Minister of Environment & Forests, Govt. of Assam Sri Parimal Suklabaidya drove the first tourist jeep inside the Park in company with Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture, Veterinary, Govt. of Assam Sri Atul Bora. However, only the jeep safari in two ranges are opened and elephant safari is not yet opened. Elephant safari will be start from 01st November 2021.
